THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42640 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not receiving the document in relation to agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4.98 cents in Survey No.1868, situated in Kurabalakota Village and Mandal, Chittoor District, for registration. 2.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions received from the Sub-Registrar, Madanapalle, states that the list of Government and DKT lands, communicated to the Sub-Registrar, was available in the office of Sub-Registrar and the said fact was informed to the petitioner. As per the said list, the land in Survey No.1868 of Kurabalakota Village and Mandal is classified as a Government Land. 3.

In view of the same, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps as per the Full Bench judgment of this Court reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v. State of A.P1, for deletion of the land sought to be registered by approaching the concerned committee/authority. No relief can be granted in the present Writ Petition, without an appropriate order deleting the subject property from the list of 'prohibited properties'.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
