This writ is filed to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land without following due procedure as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Special Government Pleader attached to Advocate General produced written instructions stating that petitioner is willing to part with the land as per Section 30-A of the Act 21 of 2017 and he will be paid compensation in terms of the said Act. If the petitioner is not willing to give the affected land in Sy.No.242/ of Mamidyala Village, the same will be acquired by following due process of law.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict or interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land without following due process of law.
