THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.14072 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, for grant of bail in an unregistered Crime (complaint, dated 15.12.2018 lodged by the de facto complainant) of II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners are being unnecessarily called to the police station and harassed by the police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State would contend that no complaint/report, as alleged, was lodged against the petitioners and no criminal case is pending against them in II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District.

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, is refrained from calling the petitioners to the police station. 6.
