THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41678 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner states that he is a resident of Samudrala Lingapuram, Gambiraopet Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, and is working as Village Revenue Assistant since 1970. Earlier, he worked as Village Servant and now he is continuing as Village Revenue Assistant. Now the Government framed Rules called 'A.P.Village Revenue Assistants Service Rules, 2005' and the Village Revenue Assistants are governed by the said Rules. The petitioner states that his salary from September, 2017 onwards was stopped and a Memo is issued on 18.08.2017 asking the petitioner to submit copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar transferring the post of Village Revenue Assistant from Dhara Dharmaiah to the name of the petitioner, within seven days. The petitioner submits that he submitted a reply on 31.08.

2017 and now he is willing to submit the required documents in support of his plea that he has been continuing as Village Revenue Assistant. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit the required documents in his possession, pursuant to the Memo dated 18.08.2017, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The payment of the salary to the petitioner will be subject to submission of the required documents. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
