Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.

The petitioners grievance is that they had preferred an appeal No.C/260/2016 (Old Appeal No.A/4629/2013 and Appeal No.A/4868/2013) before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tandur - 3rd respondent herein, challenging the order dated 11.11.2013 of the Tahsildar, under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the said appeal.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the said appeal will be disposed of by the 3rd respondent within two months after giving notice to respondents 4 and 5. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to decide the said appeal, after giving notice to respondents 4 and 5, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
