Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh application in form-VIA prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971, through mee-seva, for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land.
