THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. KESHAVA RAO CRI MI NAL REVI SI ON CASE NO.3301 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to move a fresh application after completion of the evidence of the prosecution.

Accordingly, accepting the request, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh application as per law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
