Learned counsel for the petitioner says that permission was given by Grampanchayat to the 9th respondent in respect of Ac.0-13 guntas in Sy.No.757, though she has no title as the same belongs to the petitioner and when the 9th respondent is making constructions, the petitioner filed I.A.No.334 of 2017 in O.S.No.68 of 2017 before the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Narayanpet and obtained ad-interim injunction against 9th respondent and the petitioner also appeal against grant of permission. Aggrieved by the action of respondent-authorities in granting permission to the 9th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondentGrampanchayat. The petitioner has already approached the civil Court and obtained injunction.
It is stated that the petitioner has already filed appeal before the appellate authority against permission granted to the 9th respondent, but no date is given and no particulars are given. However, if any appeal is filed, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the same after issuing notice to the petitioner and unofficial respondents.
