Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that they preferred Revision No.V1/214/2013 before the 2nd respondent and contends that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same. 3.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said Revision within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the above Revision preferred by the petitioners within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
