Sri K.L.N. Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner/ de-facto complainant, submits that the cause in the Criminal Revision Case does not survive for adjudication and the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
