THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42635 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of 1st respondent in disposing of the appeal filed in the year 2014 by respondent Nos.4 to 9 challenging the award dt.25-09-2014 in Arbitration No.256 of 2013.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 1st respondent will decide the said appeal within four (04) months.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the appeal in Arbitration Dispute No.256 of 2013 within four (04) months.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
