THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.47575 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner asserts that he purchased plot No.98 in Survey No.121 of KRB Nagar, Kukatpally Village & Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from KRB Nagar Cooperative Housing Society Limited; that respondent Nos.4 and 5 with the collusion of the Developer created plot No.99 and obtained regularization of the unapproved layout vide proceedings, dated 20.2.2014, and based on same, respondent No.2-Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad accorded building permission; that respondent No.4 is proceeding with the construction and that he filed a representation, dated 25.06.2018, before respondent No.2, but, no action has been taken thereon.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the application submitted by the petitioner would be considered within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation, dated 25.06.2018, submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
