THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI WRI T PETI TI ON NOs. 39827, 39832, 39835, 39838, 39849, 39857, 39901, 39903, 39905 AND 39910 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Madisetty, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Chintapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. As the issue involved in all these writ petitions is identical, all these writ petitions are disposed of by way of this common order. The case of the petitioners is that they are traders dealing in agricultural produce and agricultural related products; that they were granted license to work as commission agents in the 5th respondent Agricultural Market Committee; that their license had expired in the year 2013; that they have submitted application for renewal of their license on 29.5.2014 and they have also paid the requisite renewal fee, but the respondents are not considering their applications for renewal of their license.

In similar circumstances, this Hon'ble Court had allowed batch of cases, being WP.No.27384 of 2017 and batch on 23.8.2017, at the admission stage, directing the respondents 4 and 5 therein to consider the applications of the petitioners therein for issuance of license and issue the same in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

Following the said order, these writ petitions are also allowed at the admission stage, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the applications submitted by the petitioners for renewal of their license and issue the same in accordance with law within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
