Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending with the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, by way of his representation dated 21.07.2017, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
