Petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to effect any entries in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 7 in respect of the subject land. As of date, admittedly according to the petitioner, no action has been taken by respondent Nos.3 and 4 in that regard.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is pre-mature. It is accordingly dismissed, at the admission stage, granting liberty to the petitioner to question any adverse action or order done by respondent Nos.3 and 4. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
