HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12212 of 2017 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.245 of 2017 on the file of Paloncha Town Police Station, Khammam District.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 16.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Paloncha Town Police Station, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothagudem, vide C.C.No.80 of 2018. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
