Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.2 in Crime No.221 of of Chilakaluripet Town Police Station, Guntur District, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 380 read with Section 34 IPC.

The earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as per the orders of this Court in Crl.P.No.10347 of 2017 dated 03.11.2017. There are no changed circumstances to allow this petition.
