THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD Writ Appeal No.1832 of 2017 and Writ Petition No.36824 of 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} While this writ appeal is, no doubt, preferred against the order passed by the Learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.45726 of 2017 in W.P.No.36824 of 2017 dated 03.11.2017, directing appellants 2 and 3 in the writ appeal (respondents 4 and 5 in the writ petition) to register the document presented by the 1st respondent-writ petitioner, Sri M.Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the 1st respondent-writ petitioner, would fairly state that the relief granted by the Learned Single Judge goes even beyond the relief sought for by the 1st respondent-writ petitioner in the main writ petition; and it would suffice if the 2nd respondent i.e the District Collector, Chittoor District, Chittoor, is directed to consider the 1st respondent-writ petitioner's representation within a specified time frame.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would also fairly state that the 1st respondent-writ petitioner's representation would be considered by the 2nd respondent i.e the District Collector, Chittoor District, Chittoor, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

We consider it appropriate, therefore, to set aside the order under appeal and dispose of the writ petition itself directing the 2nd respondent i.e the District Collector, Chittoor District, Chittoor, to consider the 1st respondent-writ petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the Writ Appeal and the Writ Petition are disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
