Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Home that FIR No.922 of 2018 has been registered on 28-12-2018 by the 5th respondent on the basis of complaint dt.17-09-2018 given by the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
