The case of the petitioner is that authorization of his fair price shop was cancelled vide proceedings No.R.C.C./916/2017, dated 20-10-2017 and the petitioner filed appeal against the same before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
