...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High C,ourt may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner as Junior Panchayat Secretary under sports quota without implementing G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 9-8-2012 thereafter G.O.Ms.No.5 dt.'145-2018 further G.O.Ms.No.107 dt.27-7-2018 without following the 2 percent reservation as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, atrocious and apart from being violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Junior Panchayat Secretary under sports quota as per the G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 93-20'12 thereafter G.O. Ms. No. 5 dt. 1 4-5-20 1 B further G.O. Ms. No. 1 07 dt.27 -7 -2O1 8.
