This writ petition is filed seeking verbatim the following relief/s: '...to issue a writ order or direction particularly one in nature of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to dispossess/demolish the building bearing H.Nos.4/206, 4/216 and 4/243 situated in ward No.

4, at Super Bazar Road, Proddatur Town, Kadapa District of Petitioners 1 to 3 herein respectively, without issuing any notice or initiating acquisition or requisition proceedings as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and is in negation of the established judicial precedents besides in violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from in violation of Principles of natural justice and fair play, consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the aforementioned building properties without following the due process of law and pass such other order or order....' At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents 2 & 3 would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the interim order, dated 24.11.

2017, of this Court in W.P.No.39892 of 2017 and that if this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said interim order by making the afore-stated interim order the final order in this writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioners would stand redressed.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated interim order, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due process as required by law, if it is not already followed, and to acquire the private property, if necessary, for

public purpose and shall not dispossess the petitioners from the subject property nor demolish the subject property of the petitioners without following such procedure as contemplated under law.
