Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application on 08-11-2017 in Form-VI-A under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for mutation of his name and also to issue pattadar pass book and title deed to him and that 4th respondent had not passed any orders thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said application within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application dt.08-11-2017 submitted by petitioner within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
