THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.790 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1084 of 2013 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent appeared in person.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Family Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.1084 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
