Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.303 of 2017 of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District, for the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.10692 of 2017.
