THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.48070 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the construction activities carried out by the petitioners over the open plot in Sy.No.90/2, admeasuring 664 sq. yards, situated at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

The allegation in the writ petition is that though the petitioners are making constructions in accordance with the sanction plan, the respondents are interfering with the same without following due process of law.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that notice under Section 452(1) of GHMC Act, 1955 issued by the Corporation was received by the petitioner on 19.12.2018 and suppressing the said fact, the petitioner has approached this Court.

Inasmuch as it is asserted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that notice issued by the Corporation was received by the petitioner on 19.12.2018, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a reply to the said notice, and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders in
