Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply in Form VI-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, through mee-seva to the third respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
