THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Suo Motu CONTEMPT CASE No.2513 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was initiated since respondent had issued order dt.21-10-2017 granting land in Sy.No.206/7 which is part of Sy.No.206, for a Muslim grave yard, though there was an order passed on 13-01-2015 in W.P.No.188 of 2015 directing the respondent not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the land admeasuring 860 sq. yds in Sy.No.206 (part) and 208/1 of Nacharam village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law.

Now, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent has produced before me Procgs.No.LC/3307/2013 dt.18-01-2018 withdrawing the proceedings dt.21-10-2017. He also explained how the respondent has committed error in passing the earlier order dt.21-10-2017.

In this view of the matter, since the order dt.21-10-2017 because of which the Contempt Case was initiated, has now been withdrawn, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
