In view of the fact that the order dt.12-07-2017 in W.P.M.P.No.4649 of 2017 in W.P.No.3892 of 2017 was modified by the Division Bench in its order dt.31-08-2017 in W.A.No.1253 of 2017, granting petitioners liberty to file a Contempt Case for nonimplementation of the order in Writ Appeal, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
