HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 39909 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not accepting the petitioner's joining report and not permitting her to take charge as Deputy Range Officer. When the matter came up for consideration earlier, the matter was adjourned in order to get instructions by the learned Government Pleader. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the petitioner was permitted to report for duty and, accordingly, she reported for duty on 15.11.2017 Forenoon and allotted Nagarjunasagar Section of Nagarjunasagar Range in Nagarjunasagar Division vide proceedings dated 21.11.2017. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
