Heard counsel for petitioners and the Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners stating that they applied on 13.11.2017 to third respondent to grant permission to construct tin roofed shed and also to dig bore well in the subject land which was assigned to them and that the third respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that the third respondent will pass appropriate orders on the said application within four weeks and communicate the same to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
