Heard counsel for petitioner and the Special Government Pleader representing the Additional Advocate General for respondents.

Petitioners'

grievance is that they had given a representation on 04.01.2016 to 3rd respondent for correction of entries in revenue records and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
