THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.40534 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard counsel for petitioner and G.P. for Revenue for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that, petitioner has applied on 28.11.2015 in form-6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, to the 4th respondent, for effecting mutation and issuing e-pattadar pass book and that the 4th respondent has not passed any order thereafter. 3.

G.P. for revenue appearing for respondents, states that 4th respondent will consider the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, Writ petition is disposed of, directing 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dated 28.11.2015, for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass book, within four weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
