This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking verbatim the following the relief: " ....to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the order of the 4th respondent passed in Rc.No.198/ 2017/ A4, dated ...11.2017 served on 21.11.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and pass such other or further orders as the Hon'ble court feels deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri S.V.Ramana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appearing for the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4. I have perused the material record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 06.11.2017, passed in W.P.no.36491 of 2017. Therefore, it is represented that this writ petition may be disposed of on the same lines. 4.

Having regard to the facts & submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 06.11.2017, of this Court in W.P.no.36491 of 2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. Office is directed to annexe to this order, a copy of the order, dated 06.11.2017 passed in W.P.no.36491 of 2017.

MSRM, J W.P.no.39987 of 2017 There shall be no order as to costs.
