This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.125 of 2017 of Yerpedu Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 403, 176, 465 and 468 I.P.C. r/w Section 120B I.P.C.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners have no filed any application before the Court of Sessions for relief under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The case is registered on 03.12.2017.

Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with the matter by this Court. The petitioners are at liberty to move an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before the Court of Sessions. 4.
