THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42736 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary in not taking action on the complaint dated 08.11.2017 given by the petitioner herein and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register a Crime and investigating to the same basing on the complaint given by the petitioner herein......." The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions informs the Court that entry in General Diary was made and the outcome of preliminary enquiry will be informed to petitioner within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record.

The petitioner on receiving of report or communication from respondent No.3 is given liberty to work out remedies available under law.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
