HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.40447 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner that sewerage line laid by the 5th respondent is passing through road margin adjacent to his land. Due to either side of the road got damaged, sewerage water is flowing into agricultural land of the petitioner and disabling him from cultivating the land and causing lot of inconvenience and hardship to the petitioner due to foul smell emanating from sewerage lines. As such, the petitioner has made representations on 22-05-2017 and 12-09-2017 to the 5th respondent for rectifying the same. As no action has been taken, the petitioner made representation to the 2nd respondent on 31-07-2017, 18-09-2017, 25-09-2017, 23-10-2017, 30-10-2017. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th and 5th respondent.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the 2nd and 5th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd and 5th respondent to take appropriate action on the representations of the petitioner in respect of his grievance and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this

petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
