Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 10.12.2018 to the 2nd respondent seeking sanction of annual grade increments from 2012 and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon 2.

Smt K.Lalitha, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.10.12.2018 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
