Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 27.08.2018 seeking counting of his service in the post of Superintendent on the ground that he was already promoted to the said post with effect from 28.05.2005 and that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the said representation. 2.

Sri A.Sreekanth Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.27.08.2018 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
