HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD Contempt Case No.2758 of 2017 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J.) Pursuant to the Form-I notice directed to the issued on 02-022018, the Director of Accounts (Postal), Andhra Circle, Hyderabad, is present in person. It appears that Smt. G. Anitha, who is named as the 3rd respondent, already got shifted in the year 2012 and hence, the present incumbent is present in Court. He is represented by Mr. K. Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General.

2. The learned Assistant Solicitor General produced a copy of the communication dated 01-03-2018, by which the petitioner has been offered the post of Multi Task Staff in Level-I of Pay Matrix of 7th Pay Commission. Thus, the order has been complied with. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
