Heard both sides.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the order dt.24-12-2018 suspending the petitioner issued by 3rd respondent.

The 3rd respondent has subsequently issued proceedings Rc.No.A1/1152.2010 dt.30-12-2018 revoking the suspension. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the said order dt.30-12-2018 also there are certain objectionable statements and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same if the petitioner is so advised.

Therefore granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
