HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7837 of 2018 O R D E R :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 15.03.2017 in I.A.No.257 of 2016 in O.S.No.2168 of 2015 passed by the XXII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, refusing permission to the petitioner/defendant, who is admittedly landlord of the respondents, from withdrawing the amounts deposited by the respondents to the credit of the suit towards arrears of rent from February, 2016 to March, 2017.

Sri Mohd. Osman Shaheed, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection for such withdrawal of arrears of rent by the petitioner, which were deposited by the respondents for the period from February, 2016 to March, 2017 before the Court below. In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 15.03.2017 in I.A.No.257 of 2016 in O.S.No.2168 of 2015 passed by the Court below and the said I.A.No.257 of 2016 is allowed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
