HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 42370 of 2017 Order:

The first respondent issued Notification No.30 of 2017 inviting applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Veterinary Assistant in the Animal Husbandry Department and the petitioner applied for the same. The written examination was held on 23.07.2017 and the petitioner attended the said examination. His result was not declared and he noticed that he committed a mistake in bubbling the circles in respect of Hall ticket number in the answer sheet and in that connection when his request for valuation of his answer sheet was not considered by the respondents, the present Writ Petition is filed. This Court, in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017, dealt with the mistakes committed by the candidates with regard to bubbling of the circles in respect of Hall ticket numbers without affecting the merit of the candidates.

It is not known whether the petitioner's case falls within the four corners of the said judgment or not. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and if the petitioner's case is covered by the said judgment the answer sheet of the petitioner shall be evaluated and the result shall be declared. If the petitioner's case is not covered by the said judgment, appropriate orders shall be passed.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
