In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the order, dated 14.12.2018, passed by respondent No.3-Director, Enforcement, Vigilance & Disaster Management, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, under Section 461-A of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, in sealing his business premises bearing No.22-8-45/16, Jamal Market, Chatta Bazar, Hyderabad, on the ground that he is making construction of the existing building without obtaining any permission. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 submits that there was no response from the petitioner with respect to the earlier notice, dated 30.11.2018, as such, the impugned order came to be passed and the petitioner may be directed to submit explanation by treating the impugned order as notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit his explanation within three days from today and the same may be directed to be considered. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider the explanation that may be submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within period of seven days from the date of receipt thereof.
