THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42188 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given an application on 30-08-2017 to the 2nd respondent for deletion of his land from the list of properties notified under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 with the registering authorities and that the 2nd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within six (06) weeks and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of petitioner dt.30-08-2017 within six (06) weeks and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
