HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO I.A.NOs.1 & 2 OF 2018 IN/ AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3334 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the de facto complainant. The present revision case is filed questioning the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.163 of 2014 dated 19.12.2017 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy confirming the judgment dated 01.12.2014 in C.C.No.236 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narayankhed, Medak District. I.A.No. 1 of 2018 is filed by the petitioners/ A-1 to A-4 seeking permission of this Court to compound the offence in Crl.R.C.No.3334 of 2017. I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed by the petitioners/ A-1 to A-4 to record the compromise arrived at between the parties i.e.

the petitioiners/ A-1 to A-4 and the de facto complainant and to set aside the conviction and sentence awarded in Crl.A.No.163 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy. In the affidavits filed in support of the above two applications, the de facto complainant specifically contended that she is not willing to continue the criminal revision case as against the petitioners and she agreed to withdraw her complaint out of her free will and without any coercion, since she and her husband are living together and leading a happy conjugal life.

compromise arrived at between them and set aside the conviction and sentence awarded against the petitioners by compounding the offence under Section 320 Cr.P.C.

Both parties present today and they are identified by their respective counsel. The xerox copies of the adhaar cards produced as I.D. proof are made part of the record. On questioning the de facto complainant in the open Court, she has informed that she is living with her husband happily and she does not want to continue the proceedings.

Keeping in view the above said facts and also recording the settlement arrived at between the parties, I.A.No.1 and 2 of 2018 to compound the offence and recording of compromise are hereby allowed. Consequently, criminal revision case is allowed setting aside the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.163 of 2014 dated 19.12.2017 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy confirming the judgment dated 01.12.2014 in C.C.No.236 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narayankhed, Medak District.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
