This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " ...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not receiving the petitioners applications for grant of providing electric supply by installing individual meters at domestic rates to their individual plots in bearing No.1043, 2-56/11, 5/12 in Sy.Nos.11, 11/5, 11/14, 11/15, 11/16, 11/17 and 11/18 part of Sy.No.
11 situated at Khanamet village under GHMC Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to receive the petitioners application for providing electrical connections by providing individual meters in their individual plots in accordance with general terms of power supply" Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed the writ petition by order dated 18.12.2015 in WP.No.32614 of 2015. Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent who submit that there is no common cause of action for the petitioners.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the writ petition in respect of petitioner Nos.2 and 3.
petitioner Nos.2 and 3 with liberty to file separate individual writ petitions. The relief is granted only in respect of petitioner No.1. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, following the order dated 18.12.2015 in WP.No.32614 of 2015 and for the reasons stated therein, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
