HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.7119 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard both sides.

Considering the facts that the father of the child (respondent herein) has been coming all the way from Bangalore to spend with the child undisputedly about 71⁄2 or 8 years by now instead of every Saturday between 10.30 to 12 noon, it is modified to alternate working Saturdays between 10.30a.m. to 12.30 p.m (afternoon) in the same venue fixed by the Judge, Family Court. It is made clear that for any holiday of the Court on any alternate Saturday, the visiting rights can be available on the next working Saturday. If at all respondent-father of the child not able to come to visit the child, he shall intimate over phone to the father of the petitioner to the phone number 9849799129 Mohd.Mukarram Khan or by sending message, so that they need not come to bring the child to the legal services authority. With these observations, the revision is disposed of for nothing more to interfere with the entitlement of said visiting rights. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision, shall stand closed.
