THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.6848 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 11.08.2017 in I.A.No.856 of 2017 in O.S.No.299 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 11.06.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
