This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.828 of 2016 of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court, vide orders dated 04.12.2017, in Criminal Petition No.11573 of 2017. It is contended that the petitioner/A.4 is a heart patient and he requires treatment. The subject-matter was elaborately dealt in-detail and this Court was pleased to dismiss the application. There are no changed circumstances. It cannot be said that there is no prima facie case against the petitioner/A.4. Therefore, this petition is also liable to be dismissed. 4.
